2019 Xavier: Frank has said that if we do not find the owner of these poles and we want to throw them out, then Frank will dispose/claim them, but the poles are not his.
Investigate: 2019 Xaiver: at the post-pennsic meeting we determined that these are not
Dave's Bed and are in fact a separate item. We don't know how owns these, and we'd like to know.
