Items to Repair or Replace

• Clock Bench: 2016: we made one new bench cross piece and we need to seal it. The peice was brought back to camelot after pennsic 2016: We also want to make 1 new bench so that we have 2 benches per table. 2016: one of the bench legs dosen't fit into any of the bench tops.
  2022: we were missing 1 leg to make all 11 benches 2023: we only setup 8 benches, and we threw out 2 bench legs
• Clock Table: 2016: we are missing one table spacer that goes between the table legs and the table top 2017: still missing a spacer 2018:
  • still missing a spacer
  • one table cross piece had one end split. It can be fixed with wood glue and a clamp 2019:
  • only 5 tables used
  • still missing a spacer 2024:
  • all tables legs have been replaced by build-in legs
• Coleman Lanterns: 2016: These lanterns seem not to be as bright as they used to be. Maybe the betteries need to be replaced. 2019: There are 2 lanterns that did not turn on when new batteries were placed in them
• Common Tent - Blue: 2019 - Xavier: is there a small hole/tear in the tent roof that need to be patched? 2022 - Xaver: confirmed there a small hole/tear in the tent roof that need to be patched
• Common Tent - Green: 2019 Xavier: did the holes in the tent get patched? or are the holes in the blue tent?
• Dish Towels:
• Drink coolers: 2016 leaking orange one 2023: merge with other drink coolers
• Fighter tent: Box for stakes and ropes needs to be replaced
• Fire axe: 2016: This axe is too dull to use safely, it needs to be sharpened. Maybe we can get it sharpened at pennsic. 2018 Edward: I have and can sharpen if needed (believe that I already have), but another handle was busted, and needs replacement.
• Kitchen Car port 2015:
• Net Covers for Food: 2018 - Xavier: We need replacements because the old nets had become moldy
• Pantry coolers:
• Pantry shelving unit: 2016: We want to find a less heavy replacement 2018 Edward: we need to find a replacement, but I don't have time to do it
• Shower Heater: 2017: Buy more of these since they are starting to break down? 2017: Buy a new shower head with on/off switch since we only have one of these left 2019: These heaters are now almost 10 years old and should be replaced since we have ad some problems with them at pennsic this year our current heaters are similar to: Portable Propane Gas Tankless Water Heater
  2020-01 household meeting: Todo: please label the dowsers that do work not just the showers that don't work
• Stone gate: Ther are some "rocks" that need to be glued back on. Jeffo will deal.
  2016: Jeffo has the touch up paint that is needed. 2018: paint maintenance was requested by the community. 2019: paint maintenance is still needed
• Trailer keys: We need to spray wd40 in the lock since it is rusted a bit and hard to get the key in and out.
• Wind walls: 2018 Eoghan: we should replace these wind walls
