Broom Flower Sauce

Based on Broom Flower Sauce Show original recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup Almonds
1/8 cup Verjuice
1 Egg Yolks (hard boiled)
1 pinch Saffron
2 pinch Ground Ginger

Steps

  • Grind almonds, add mushed up egg, add ginger, add saffron and mix all with verjuice and pass through the sieve.
