Harassee

Someone who has been experienced non-trivial sexual harassment on the job. Has complained about it repeatedly, but nothing has been done about it; this has been turning into a Problem.

Just to make this more complicated, the harasser might have been CEO, in which case she winds up as a (completely innocent) suspect as an accomplice in his murder -- someone would surely target her as having motive to set things in motion. Think about this, but reject it if it comes out too trite.
