Company Conservative
While the
CEO was a pretty well-known Tea Party Republican in the town, he only really cared about the tax-policy and second-amendment parts of that -- he was "old school" Tea Party from before it became quite so broadly-based hard right, and didn't agree with all of what it came to stand for. (In particular, he was relatively pro-immigration, as many business leaders are.)
OTOH, there should be one or two hardcore Conservatives in the company, including at least one who saw hirself as the CEO's best bud, helping to guide him to doing the right thing from a conservative POV. This person certainly opposed hiring any immigrants, is stridently pro-NRA, and so on.
