Bereaved Parent
Parent who had brought their child to "take your daughter to work day". During Seamus' rampage, they were in the same room as an intended victim. The daughter, thinking he was going to shoot her parent, jumped out to try and grapple with him. Startled, he fired - and, as usual, made the kill shot.
The parent is utterly wrecked by this, but was also a close witness. They saw how shattered he was by the shoot - how he looked at the gun in disbelief, and ran off. This was probably the last shoot before the end.
