www.querki.net should redirect to querki.net

Summary: Because both domains exist, and point to the same thing, you can easily wind up with separate and incompatible cookies for both. This is silly: we should be more consistent about where people land.

We should just push all traffic to a consistent domain -- the trick is just figuring out the right way to implement the redirect.
