_tagRefs does not pick up on Link Name correctly

Summary: See The Church of the Fourth Star for an illustration. The Display Name is "The Church of the Fourth Star", but the Link Name is "Cult", and that is what's being used as the tag in the Factions property. Cultist points to it, and the link resolves properly, but the _tagRefs from Cult back to Cultist does not work correctly. Why not?
