When viewing a Space Version, I should see my User Values at that point

Summary: Currently, when viewing a Version, I don't see my User Values. I should see the values as of that time.
Obviously, this can't happen until after User Values should be properly Persisted.
This is quite similar to When Viewing a Space Version, we should show appropriate Conversations conceptually -- see that for thoughts on implementation.
In theory, this would be very nice to have. In practice, I suspect it is rarely relevant, especially since the summaries should show up just fine in the Space Version View.
