When I join a Space from an invitation, and log in after, it doesn't show in my memberships???

Summary: Not sure what's going on here, but something is broken.
  • Liska created the Carolingian Roll of Arms Space.
  • She invited me into it.
  • I clicked on the link in the email.
  • I was taken there as a guest, not my current logged-in account. (Probably because of the known querki.net / www.querki.net problem.)
  • I logged in from there.
  • I am now a member of the Space.
  • But the Space does not show on my Querki homepage!!!
This is a pretty serious bug, but I'm mystified. Are we not updating the membership table in MySQL when I log in through this pathway?
