When I Extract an App, it doesn't immediately show up on my Info Page

Summary: After I reload the Client, all is fine, but it's not there immediately.
This is a regression, caused by the changes to AppExtractor. We need to get the final state after AddApp back there, so it can get propagated correctly to the Client.
Did that.
