Want an in-context way to examine / change Properties

Summary: When looking at a Thing, I want to be able to examine and understand its Properties, and possibly change them.
From Eric's email on the subject, when I asked what he wants to be able to do:
A smattering of different reasons:
  • See what the Property's Type is
  • See what Model a Link Property Links to (which currently requires Editing it)
  • See (and possibly change) whether a Property is Exactly One vs. Optional
  • So I can Delete the Property from the Space altogether
Eventually, I imagine I might also be curious what other Things use that Property.
All of this seems to imply a one-click popup that shows the key info about the Property, and then possibly a click-through to actually edit it.
