There should be conventional Facebook / G+ / Twitter sharing buttons on Thing pages

Summary: The current menu-based approach is dumb -- there is a de facto standard, and we should use it.
This can't possibly be terribly hard -- investigate it.
Ideally, this would go in a menu on the side of the page, so this would require defined content width.
This should only be displayed on public pages.
