The topnav button with the name of the current Thing should probably go away

Summary: Eric asked about this, and observed that it's not very useful. By this point, he's correct.

Before scragging this, though, investigate all child pages, and make sure they all have "Done" buttons. Once they do, the topnav button is probably just clutter.
