Test Querki with Opera

Summary: This is in response to Davey, who tried to join the Carolingian Event Steward Working Group using Opera 45, and it simply failed.

Unclear what's going on, but she clicked on the invitation in Gmail, signed up for Querki, but then clearly did not become a Member of the Space.

Note that this is specifically Opera 45; that is slightly old, which might be relevant, but isn't obviously so.

This may well indicate that we are using some feature, somewhere, that Opera chokes on. There's nothing for it but testing.

Note that this was specifically coming in through the new open-invitation function; that might be relevant.

She also is using a VPN on Opera. Not obvious why that would be relevant, but it's conceivable that we're hitting some sort of proxy issue. If naive testing of Opera doesn't show up a problem, investigate that.
