Tags don't seem to immediately "take"

Summary: Noticed this while editing my Songbook. This is specifically a New Tag, with no Link Model, in the bulk Editor. When I enter a new Tag, like "Funny", then go on to the next entry and try to enter "Funny" again, it does not prompt me with the newly-created Tag.
Best guess is that it's a caching problem in Manifest, not having added the newly-created tag to the cache?
Yep, it was a Marco Polo caching issue. Fixed by modifying Manifest and Marco Polo to invalidate the cache when you add a new value.
