Summary showing up twice in Tasks

Summary: See this issue for an example of the problem. Go into the Editor, and look at the Tasks. Each one is display the Summary property twice.
Something to do with the recent fix to make locally-defined Properties always visible? That's what this smells like, but it's not clear what about Summary is causing confusion. Or is it something having to do with the fact that Summary is now defined both in this Space and in System?
LATER: this is somewhat roughly fixed, by changing the name of the old Summary Property to Basics.
