Star "targetkeep" shows "0" when there is no rating

Summary: This only happens when you have a Rating with the "targetkeep" attribute added. It always shows the selected Rating, which is good; unfortunately, it always shows it even if there is no hint, which is bad.
This is almost certainly a bug in Raty itself, and will need to be addressed as such.
