Querki should (probably) support GraphQL

Summary: GraphQL is the big up-and-coming API approach, and it's appealing in a number of ways. We should investigate supporting it.
This is just a holding story for now. But we should take seriously the notion that our current uPickle-based APIs won't be the best ones in the long run, and consider alternate pathways.
(Indeed, the uPickle/Autowire approach may be wrong for a more dynamic, React-ish UI. Something more like GraphQL might well be better, even internally.)
