Properties are losing their Names!

Summary: If you edit a Property that doesn't have a Display name set, the name goes away and it just shows its OID.

See the Properties in my Sentinels space for a few examples. (Luckily, these happen to be Deprecated Properties, so no harm done yet...)

Justin: Sigh. Not totally surprising, but I don't understand what's going on there. Some failure in the new workflows, clearly. I'll look into it...
