As a Space's Owner, I should be able to permanently clean a datum from its History: This is yet another GDPR implication: we need to give Space owners the ability to comply with the GDPR

I should be able to delete myself from Querki: We don't currently have a way to remove yourself from the system. In the modern world of GDPR, we clearly need to add that.

Querki needs a privacy statement: Doesn't have to be perfect, but we need something.
