Placement of List Item Delete button is bad on mobile

Summary: On mobile, including tablet in portrait, the delete button comes out below the list item, rather than to the right. This makes it too easy to click accidentally.
This is probably a stylesheet issue, or maybe a class one: we need to place that button to the right even in xs. Look at how those columns work.
