Optional YesNo doesn't work in the traditional Editor

Summary: I am honestly unsure if this ever worked correctly, but the Yes/Maybe/No buttons definitely don't work in the old-style editor.

The internals here are pretty broken, and need a rethink. This is basically a skinned radio button set, but doesn't seem to be doing the right thing. Not clear whether the issue is how we're doing it in jQuery, or what.
