Notifications should be grouped - at the very least by Thing, and perhaps by Conversation

Summary: Right now if there's a bunch of activity in one Conversation / on one Thing, the Notifications page shows me a whole mess of full-text comments in reverse chronological order, ungrouped. They definitely want to be grouped, and probably want to either be abbreviated or in proper threaded/semi-threaded order. (Or both.)
