New Property Name discards first character

Summary: When you begin to create a new Property and start typing its Name, the first character you type is ignored.
I type badly enough that I blamed myself the first dozen times, but eventually grew suspicious. It's trivially reproducable.
Possibly mobile and/or LastPass specific, I suppose.
