Needs to be easier to add a new Tag

Summary: Currently, when I am adding a new Tag, there is no obvious way to say that I'm done. Enter doesn't do anything, and Tab goes to the next field.

In fact, the key to say you are finished is comma, but that's totally unobvious. Enter should work.
