Looking at an unreified Tag's Page displays a browser Error

Summary: For instance, look at the page for Internals in this Space. When you navigate to the page, you get a mysterious "Error" dialog.
The problem appears to be due to Conversations. The actual error under the hood, which is even more mysterious, is that it is failing to load the Login page. Seems to be some sort of confusion with permissions when showing Thing -1 like this.
The correct solution is probably to not display Conversations on an unreified Tag in the first place. It doesn't actually make any sense anyway, since you don't have a real ThingId to hang them off of.
