Line-break after a photo causes remainder to disappear

As reported by Eric:
When I display a photo property and put two spaces to create a line-break after it, everything after it vanishes. E.g.,
[[Component Picture]]
[[Name]]
...(other stuff)...
displays the photo, but not Name or anything else, while using a newline instead of two spaces works fine:
[[Component Picture]]
[[Name]]
...(other stuff)...
This needs investigation -- it isn't obvious why two-spaces (which should become an innocuous <br> tag) is interacting badly with the picture.
