It shouldn't be possible for my User Value Summaries to get out of sync

Summary: When you mess around with the Summary Link of an established User Value, you can wind up with Summaries that are out of sync with reality. You can work around this with the Recalculate Summaries button, but that's a hack.
We should probably be detecting all cases where this can happen, and automatically doing the Summary recalculation at those points. The user shouldn't ever have to deal with this manually.
