It is too easy to accidentally press Done during Property creation

Summary: When you are creating a new Property, the Done button is sitting there, rather conspicuously, right beneath the Property-create box. If you aren't used to the system, it is easy to accidentally push that button, which isn't what you want.

Need to think about the right UI here. Should the Done button be disabled during Property creation? Should Property creation be modal?
