If a Model is made no-longer-Publishable, when Editing its instances it displays internal publication flags

Summary: Checkboxes for _hasUnpublishedChanges and _publishedInstance show up. Pretty sure those shouldn't be there.
Not high priority for me; it only affects one of my spaces and I'm the only editor in it.
