Summary: That button should probably go away in general, but check first whether there is a more general bug to look into.

Original name of this bug was "When I click on the topnav button with the name of an unreified Tag, I get nonsense". That topnav button has gone away, so this situation isn't easy to get to any more, but it's still the case that UnknownOID produces silliness. We should do something about it.
