I should be able to store a full-sized photo in Querki

Summary: Now that disk prices in the cloud are getting so cheap, there is no longer a good reason not to allow full-sized photos.
This should be a user option; we should make clear that the amount of photo storage space will be limited, and that full-resolution photos take much more space than the default 1000 x 1000 ones. Also, warn that upload will take a lot longer. We might make this a checkbox on the take-photo screen.
