I should be able to set a "current default value"

Summary: Consider my Comics Space. I want to be able to say "I am currently working on Maybe Sell Later", and have that default applied to all Issues I create for the time being.
In principle, this isn't too crazy. I need to be able to define an Initial Value meta-Property on a Property, which is a QL expression that is applied when I create a Thing with that Property. Then I can set the current default somewhere in the Space, and have Initial Value refer to that value.
