I should be able to select a Model to instantiate / edit from the menus

Summary: Eric observes that he often has to go to All Things in order to edit a particular Model; it would be helpful to have a more direct method.
This only makes sense if we can do sub-menus: this would probably be Actions -> Models -> [desired Model] -> Edit, or something like that. Can we do that straightforwardly in Bootstrap?
