I should be able to see the system functions, categorized sensibly

Summary: The list of functions has gotten too large to easily internalize. They need to be grouped in order to be usable.
This is presumably a Tag of some sort. It should be a Tag Set -- a given Function might be categorized several different ways.
The full Function list by alpha should still be available, but it shouldn't be the primary display any more.
The categories should be displayed in a Function's documentation.
