I should be able to schedule Publication of an Instance

In other words, a Space (especially a blog-like one) might have a bunch of Instances lined up and ready to go, and I'd like to be able to set up a formal release schedule. For that matter, I might simply want to be able to Publish something at 8am to catch the morning reading crowd, before I get to the office.
Can't even be considered until we have a general concept of "scheduled events". But that's happen eventually -- we have enough use cases that call for it that we're going to have to build the infrastructure sooner or later.
