I should be able to recover a deleted Thing

Summary: Possibly my highest-priority History feature at this point, this is the "undelete" feature.
How hard is this? Can I do it with the existing persistence messages? It certainly requires a new SpaceCore-level message, but might be able to reuse the current version of Create.
The initial UI could simply be that, from the History Summary, you click on a Delete entry and get a "Recover" button. That wouldn't be too hard.
Once this is done, the confirmation dialog for Delete could be toned way down, and might even be replaced by a Google-style "undo" display that shows up immediately after deleting.
