I should be able to more easily create a Shared Invitation

Summary: Currently, to create a Shared Invite you have to go through a Role. In principle that is correct; in practice, the UX is weak. There should be an easier way.
My current vision is a new Invitations Tab in Sharing, which is the inverse of the Roles Tab -- it lists all of the Invitations, with each one's Role, and lets you easily create a new one with, eg, a drop-down selector for the Role.
If possible (and I think it now is), this should also allow you to create Invitations for the standard Roles, not just the Custom ones.
