I should be able to mark a Property "same as previous", to make data input quicker

Summary: That is, if I am creating a bunch of Issues with the same Feature, I shouldn't need to type the same Feature over and over.
Should this be the default in some sense? This is a fluffy idea, and needs to be fleshed out.
