I should be able to make a QLButton that always adds

Summary: See the "Add Issues" button in the Comics Space. This doesn't want to be an open/close like most QLButtons -- it wants to always add sections, and wants to always append to the named div.
This should be a new optional parameter to QLButton and QLLink, called something like "append". Does this require an explicit div, to make sense?
