I should be able to log in without losing my place

Summary: Currently, the "Log in" menu pick takes you out of the Client, so you lose your current context. That's stupid and annoying.

We should instead have a dialog that pops up to take your login, in-page.

Now that Querki is all-HTTPS, this is a reasonably safe thing to do. (It wasn't possible for the first year or two, because only the login page was HTTPS.)
