I should be able to get the Members with a given Role

Should this be considered protected information? Can this be considered protected without crippling functionality, or do we simply accept that it is public?
Note that, if we add _hasRole() for a given Person, as posited in I should be able to easily test if a Member has a Role, then the cat is out of the bag anyway.
For now at least, I'm going to posit that it is public information. We might later make this Space-selectable or some such, but I suspect everyone will live.
