I should be able to get notifications when people create and edit Things

Summary: This is basically the holding Issue for an Epic
(Requested by Eric, but I've been thinking about it for a while.)
There are a bunch of stories involved here. Off the top of my head:
  • If I own the Space, by default I should get notifications every time somebody creates something.
  • If I created a given Thing, by default I should get a notification if somebody edits it.
  • (I'm not sure whether owners should get notifications of all edits by default.)
  • These notifications absolutely need to be rolled up -- I only want to see one Notification for the 20 edits in a single session. This mechanism is at least somewhat written, but has not yet been tested.
  • I need to be able to manage my settings for the above. Initially, it should be sufficient to manage the settings on a Space-wide basis. (This is the biggest story in terms of effort.)
  • Later, I should be able to set a Querki-wide setting of my default preferences.
  • Later, I should be able to turn these notifications on and off on a per-Thing basis, a la Facebook.
