I should be able to fetch Querki data via a simple JSON API

Summary: This is a very simplistic API, but may be enough for a bunch of use cases.
Make sure to note that this is highly experimental, and subject to change! Before too long, I'd like to implement real GraphQL, which is a better way to go. But this should let people get at stuff quickly, and is probably good enough for the Arisia Use Case.
