I should be able to extract another App from a Space that already has one

Summary: There's nothing hard about this in principle, but it's initially disabled in the UI while we get the basic story working.

This is mainly a testing story. Remove the bit in InfoPage that disables the Extract button if there is already an App, and then hammer on it and make sure it works.

Note that this is only Medium, because I suspect it's an edge case. That might change.
