I should be able to easily distinguish Pages from other Things

Summary: Two years of using Querki have demonstrated that, while Pages are just Simple Things technically, you think of them differently.
This is purely a spit-and-polish change, but one for the better I believe. The biggest change is to show Pages separately and on top in the default Space Root: if they exist, they are typically the most important Things, so should be called out. I believe this change will reduce the need to build custom Space Pages.
