I should be able to design a page interactively
Summary: Crazy blue-sky idea, but worth seriously thinking about: the average end user is going to find even QL difficult to work with, no matter how simple I make it. Can we instead come up with a conversational mechanism for designing pages?
This is closely related to the long-time design of Querki Explorer, but with more of a human touch. Instead of building a wizard, instead let the user describe, in a human-language step-by-step interaction, what ze wants to see.
While this seems a bit insane in principle, my impression is that the underlying tech stack has gotten to the point where it isn't -- this might be possible using off-the-shelf tools plus a bit of customization.
This idea was inspired by a conversation with Ben Morris, over dinner at NE Scala 2017 -- he's working on a system that sounds like it is doing similar things for meetings. Possibly loop him in and chat more about it.
