I should be able to define hierarchical, slash-separated Tags

Summary: This has always been part of the design, but it is hard to implement in Manifest. But what with Heather possibly wanting an Inventory Space, it's time to make it happen.
The key first step is rewriting Manifest in sQuery. Once I do that, it becomes much easier to make it work exactly as I want.
