I should be able to define "Help Pages"

Summary: This is basically an Epic, and should be broken down into stories.
The broad outline:
  • Get slash-deliminted namespaces working properly. (Which is a major worthwhile story unto itself.)
  • The front page should not show any pages starting with “Help/”.
  • Add a new Help Menu in the top bar.
  • Put the System Help link in there. (Possibly as well as leaving it in the footer.)
  • Add a Help View Property, that is available on System. It should be predefined to show all Help/ pages in alpha order, but you can edit it on the Space. If there are no Help pages, it should show "No Help Pages defined". If you are an Editor or above, it should have an "Write a Help Page" button.
  • Link to the Help View from the Help Menu.
